Jury Duty

Wow! Just as soon as I had my citizenship, here I am being summoned for a jury service. Thankfully, it is just a standy jury. Actually, this is my third. I was not still eligible for jury duty when I received the first two. So I still have an excuse then. But now, I won't be able to make any excuses Now, my problem is, where am I gonna leave my son? Hubby has to go to work... tsk! hmm... I still have time to think though. The schedule is not until December.

I Was Sad For Her

Yesterday, I was checking my friendster account and have read one of my friends blog post. I felt sad when I read it because I found out that her virtual bestfriend has the dreaded Cancer. She called her virtual bestfriend because she has not met her in person. They just communicate through the internet. They have shared their secrets that they have not told  anyone about. The only thing she is hoping is for them to meet before her virtual bestfriend meets ou Creator. I hope so too.

Work Boots

My husband has been using his favorite Timberland work boots for over seven years and it just recently gave in. Winter is coming and he wanted to buy a new one that he can use for work.
