Car Carpet Steaming

Do any of you know how much it cost to have your car carpet steamed? I'm asking because a couple of weeks ago, I spilled some coffee on my car's carpet. I tried cleaning it with a soapy rug but it seems like it did not do anything but made it look even worst. I am not sure what to do. I am scared to call people that offer car carpet steaming because I know it would cost me an arm and a leg. It sure is not on my budget right now. I guess I'm just gonna have to wait.

But anyway, for people in Austin, Texas who needs, carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, smoke and fire restoration, or even marble polishing, all you need to do is to call The Steam Team of Austin. They have been in the business since 1983 and have professional and dedicated staff. So, who are you gonna call if you need an affordable carpet cleaning Austin? When you want to save even more, check out their website for air duct cleaning coupons Austin! Also, If you need car carpet cleaning tips, don't hesitate to call the friendly people of The Steam Team. Ciao!

Yahoooooo!!!!!

Ok... I'm soooooo happy right now. Early today, when I was getting ready to leave the house to visit one of my friends, the mail carrier came. I saw a huge envelope and checked it out which it was from. When I read the returning addy, I knew immediately what the letter is about and so I was excited and nervous at the same time. I was even shaking when I was trying to open it and when I read the content; I saw a big bold word saying PASSED! I was overly happy! I PASSED the Nursing Assistant state exam... so I am now officially a Certified Nursing Assistant yay!!!!!!!!! On to the next goal.. finding a CNA job.

Not Sure

Wew! I woke up this morning with my heart beating so fast. It was the state exam day. I went to the exam facility a little bit nervous. I don’t know what to expect test wise. I did study last night but nothing seem to sink in. I took the test and it was nothing like what we practiced on in school. If you read the questions, it seem easy coz they gave it to us in plain English. No big words, but the answer selections makes it so confusing. It seem like every question has two possible answers. It is more of common sense questions… I know most of it but still not sure if I will pass. I guess we will see in a week or two.

Not Studying

I have two more days before the state exam and I don’t know why I am not studying. I am not taking it for granted but I just don’t have the energy. I am in a procrastinating mode again. I guess I am much better when I am cramming…I have been always like that since I can’t even remember. I like doing things at the last minute.

I Did It !

Yes! I did it! I am finally finished with CNA course. I knew I can do it. As I have mentioned in my last post, I am not looking forward to my weekends because of the clinical. So, in order for me to finish it quicker, I spent more time in the facility to attain my needed hours and to cut it in two visits rather than four. Now, I have to study some more for the state exam… I’m a bit nervous

Not Looking Forward

I gotta be honest… for the first time I am not looking forward to my weekends. Why? I don’t know, can’t tell you actually. It’s not enjoyable at this point (not about the people… just the facility), it’ll be a learning experience for me, however. And the good part is, it would make me feel good knowing that I am helping someone who’s not able to do things for themselves anymore. That is the thing that keeps me motivated and will help me go through for the next four weekends. Okay enough, I’m babbling again!

Got So Busy

Wew! Got so busy with tons of homework and I forgot to update my blogs… Anyways, here’s the latest… my schedule seems working fine. I get off work at 1 p.m., go home, then at 2:30, I’d pick up my little one from school, go home, then at 4:30 I’d go to school till 9 p.m. That’s been my routine since October 11th. So busy, busy, busy… not to mention some errands and staying up late doing my homework, which are extremely stressing! But other than that, I’m doing perfectly alright Not complaining at all, I am actually enjoying going to school again.

Oh My!

Ok, today is October 6 and I went to my school and geez! The instructor gave me a bunch of homework already and the class has not even started yet. He said that it’s for me to do, so, on Monday I’ll be ready for the discussion. Chapters 1-6, imagine that! And it is not light reading I tell you! Oh well… I love reading ehehehe

Yay and Yay!

Yay! My persistence paid off! I talked to my director again yesterday and finally, my boss let me work part-time starting October 4th. I am so happy! One more reason to be happy is, I was able to enroll myself to CNA class, which would start on October 11th I know it’s gonna be hard juggling three things but with my determination, heck! I know I can do it!

We Will See

So here’s the truth… I have two purpose in wanting to work part-time. The main one is for me to spend more time tutoring my son in his school works and the second one is for me to go back to school. I would ask my director again if she could persuade the big boss to let me work part-time, preferably from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  That way, I can pick-up my son from school, we can do his homework and then I can go to school at night. Sounds like a good plan to me, so we’ll see what’s gonna happen.
